How long does my order take to ship?

Due to me being located in Alaska, orders more then likely will be received within 3-7 days once shipped. You will be sent a tracking number once it has been created.

Do you offer international shipping? 

At this time I unable to fulfill international orders. I hope to be able to expand shipping in the future

What is your return policy? 

I do not offer refunds or returns on any down-payments, or any handmade items. If it is an object other then a handmade item, returns may be accepted but customer must contact info@oliviarosemart.com or fill out a contact form.
